Job Overview

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative/Operations Controller to join our team at London Oxford Airport. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to crews and passengers while maintaining the smooth operation of our airport facilities.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Greet and welcome all visitors, passengers, and crew at the airport terminal
  2. Operate computer systems to ensure efficient handling of customer requests
  3. Liaise with relevant teams regarding flight program changes and accurate flight data input
  4. Carry out opening and closing procedures based on rostered shift patterns

You will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, preparing documentation, and assisting with airport emergency procedures. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure will enable you to succeed in this dynamic role.

Benefits and Salary

This exciting opportunity comes with a salary of £25,000 per annum, plus X1.5 overtime rates. You will also receive a tailored uniform and benefit from a 4-on-2-off shift pattern. A full UK driving license is essential for this role, and you must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
