English Teacher Position in Lancashire

Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and qualified English Teacher to work in local secondary schools across Lancashire. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to student welfare and achievement, as well as experience teaching English at the secondary level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons that encourage student participation and critical thinking.
• Create and implement lesson plans in line with the curriculum, catering to diverse learning needs.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a cohesive learning environment.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialisation in English.
• Experience teaching English at the secondary level.
• A strong commitment to student welfare and achievement.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (if you do not have this, we can assist with the process).
