We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a fine dining establishment in the Lake District. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the restaurant's front-of-house operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
