Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Homes Sales Manager to join our team at Countrywide. The successful candidate will be responsible for winning instructions to new sites and developing relationships with developers in the area.

About the Role

  • Forge and develop relationships with developers in the area to secure new business opportunities.
  • Win instructions to new sites and maintain a strong pipeline of potential deals.
  • Gain and maintain sole agency agreements with key developers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with new site developments in the area and identify potential opportunities for the company.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in new homes sales with a reputable estate agency or builder/developer.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with developers and deliver sales in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously with a high level of initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
