Senior Learning Coach

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced NVQ Assessor to join our team at NVQ Assessor. As a Senior Learning Coach, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting Apprenticeships at levels 3-5.
- You will adapt individual learning plans for each learner, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
- You will plan and deliver tailored sessions to support learners in developing their knowledge, skills, and behaviors.
- You will conduct regular reviews with learners to ensure they are making progress towards their objectives.
- You will embed functional skills as appropriate to enhance the learning experience.
- You will work closely with learners, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- You will manage your own caseload and administrative tasks, prioritizing your workload to meet deadlines.
- You will collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain high standards of delivery.
- You will prepare for standardization meetings as instructed by Quality Assurance.
- You will prioritize your own Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including flexible working, home-based work options, and a comprehensive training program.

- You will have access to 22 days annual leave per year, increasing by one day per year (up to 28 days), plus two 'duvet days' per calendar year.
- You will need to hold a level 5 qualification in teaching/learning, GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above, and relevant teaching experience.
