As a Facilities Account Manager with Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited, you will be responsible for planning, organising and managing the delivery of top-quality FM services to a corporate account in London and Birmingham. Your focus will be on service excellence, building and maintaining effective client relationships, and ensuring that services meet and exceed client and company expectations.

Key responsibilities

Manage the delivery of M&E, cleaning and FM services within a 5-star corporate environment
Lead on a prestigious multi-site account in London and Birmingham
Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Manage and develop the skills of workers tupe'ing from the previous provider

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record operating at management level within a 5-star corporate environment. You will also require a strong work ethic, experience in managing both hard and soft services, and a proven track record in leading and motivating high-performing teams.

What you'll get in return

When successful in securing this role, you will receive a permanent contract with a successful, growing FM provider on a prestigious account. You will also receive:
