Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high-speed processing and packing equipment to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
• Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and improve overall performance.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, reporting any incidents or near-misses to the Production Team Leader.

• Be able to follow a Continental Shift pattern, working 12-hour shifts, rotating between days and nights, including some weekends.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £36,000, based on industry standards and the location in Westbury.
