About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Teaching, Learning and Student Experience (TLSE) team at The University of Manchester as an Administrative Support Officer. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to students, staff, and stakeholders associated with our Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Curriculum and Programmes sub-team, including timetabling, committee servicing, and student enquiry management.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality services to students, staff, and stakeholders, including reception and administrative services.
  • Work closely with the TLSE team to ensure the smooth operation of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong digital literacy skills and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Excellent administrative and customer service skills.
