Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at TechNichols Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electro-mechanical equipment, including motors, belts, bearings, chains, gears, pumps, boilers, sensors, inverters, relays, contactors, and 3-phase systems.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and fault-finding activities to identify and resolve issues with production machinery and equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with site health and safety instructions and relevant engineering standards.
Requirements:
  • Relevant maintenance or service background in an industrial, manufacturing, or production environment.
  • Completed a recognized engineering apprenticeship or hold engineering qualifications in mechanical or electrical disciplines.
  • Proven experience with maintenance and troubleshooting skills across a range of equipment and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance objectives.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
