About Oxford Ionics

Oxford Ionics is a leading company in the development of trapped-ion technology for quantum computing. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Quantum Processor Engineering Manager.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in microelectronics or photonics, with experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the QPU team to design, produce, and test QPUs
  • Collaborating with other team leads to set technical direction
  • Ensuring QPUs meet required quality levels and address company needs

We offer a competitive salary of £125,000 per annum, plus benefits including business stock options, uncapped annual leave, flexible working, private medical and dental insurance, and more.
