Learning Mentor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Winner Recruitment. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners with complex additional needs.
The salary for this position is $38,500 - $48,500 per annum, based on experience, and includes a range of benefits designed to support your wellbeing and career growth.
Job DescriptionAs a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting learners with complex additional needs, including ADHD, Autism, and SEN, in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
- Preparing and delivering innovative and creative curriculum content, promoting learner engagement and fostering individual success.
- Leading 1:1 and small group sessions, contributing to a multi-agency approach to education that prioritizes health, safety, risk management, and safeguarding.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in education, health, or social care.
- Experience working with children and young people with additional needs, including ADHD, Autism, and SEN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with learners, colleagues, and families.
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle, as travel between sites is required.
