The Role: WP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Ledgers and Invoices Clerk to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and statements.
  • Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Assist with VAT and payroll processing to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements within the finance team.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in accounting software.
  • Excellent numeracy skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • AAT Level 3 qualifications or equivalent.


Estimated Salary: £29,000 per annum pro rata, DOE.
