Job Description
As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at Barchester, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of care we provide. Your primary responsibilities will include developing tailored care plans, administering medicine safely, and delivering excellent care across all aspects of your work. You will have the autonomy to make critical clinical decisions and be valued and respected for your expertise.

Your Role
You will need to possess current NMC registration and a strong understanding of the latest clinical practices to excel in this position. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments is essential, as is knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
