About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Cera Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
- Manage medications and administer prescribed treatments
- Prepare hot meals and assist with domestic tasks
- Provide companionship and reassurance to our clients
