About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Paralegal to manage pre-action Clinical Negligence claims by:
  • Completing client management information procedures and databases
  • Achieving set financial and chargeable hours targets
  • Ensuring relevant deadlines, quality measures, and key performance indicators are adhered to
  • Complying with relevant policies and procedures
  • Working in accordance with Weightmans' values

About You

We require a Paralegal with previous experience in the field and a genuine interest in clinical negligence. You will have a flexible approach to work and be able to adapt to different tasks. We also require you to have:
  • Experience of handling fast track EL/PL or Clinical Negligence claims in your own name
  • Knowledge of CPR procedure with proven technical ability
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and timescales
  • Ability to work to client service level agreements and key performance indicators
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Excellent written and organisational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
