Key Responsibilities

We're seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our kitchen team at ibis Styles Haydock hotel. As a key member of our food preparation team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes to our guests.

Your duties will include preparing and cooking meals, maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment, managing stocks and supplies, and supporting the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.

With a passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail, you'll be confident in your ability to produce consistently delicious dishes. Your excellent knife skills and knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and COSHH will be essential in maintaining our high standards.

We're looking for someone with 1 year's experience cooking in a professional kitchen, ideally in a pub or high street restaurant or hotel environment. You'll be a great team player, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
