EU Customer Trust Communications Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Communications Specialist to join our team and lead communications and PR support throughout the EU for customer trust-related topics. The successful candidate will have several years of public relations experience and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute PR strategies for customer trust topics and announcements throughout the EU.
  2. Provide counsel to executives and cross-functional teams on PR strategies, approaches, and messaging.
  3. Support the management of reactive customer trust-related issues in collaboration with counterparts.

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
