National Account Manager

ASR Group is seeking a seasoned National Account Manager to join its team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing three major retail customers, including Sainsburys, Co-Op, and Iceland. This role involves growing these accounts through increased market share and new product development.
The Role
- P&L responsibility to manage & grow Sainsburys, Co-Op, and Iceland.
- To achieve as a minimum the annual sales plan KPI's of volume, price, CTO, and product mix.
- Operate and perform in accordance with the business behaviours and processes.
- Conduct sales negotiations with customers having responsibility for agreeing planned volume, price targets etc.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement a jointly agreed business plan with key customers.

ASR Group is the world's largest refiner and marketer of cane sugar, with an annual production capacity of more than 6 million tons of sugar. The company produces a full line of grocery, industrial, food service, and specialty sweetener products across North America and Europe.
Requirements
- Proven track record of growing and delivering on Major Retail customers.
- Preferably a 'commodity' type product experience.
- Branded & Own Label product experience.
- Autonomous, flexible, and driven.
- Strategic Thinker combined with Analytical capability.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
