Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the financial sector? We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Paralegal to join our team at Together. As a Finance Paralegal, you will play a key role in reviewing and processing loan security requests, ensuring that our company is protected from potential risks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal concepts related to property and finance. You will be responsible for reviewing title documentation, assessing the sustainability and enforceability of loans, and making recommendations within our company's service level agreement (SLA). This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum, plus annual performance bonus and benefits. Our office is based in Cheadle, Cheshire, and we are looking for someone who can travel to our office regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process loan security requests
  • Assess the sustainability and enforceability of loans
  • Make recommendations within our SLA
  • Collaborate with our Securities Team to mitigate risk and group exposure

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of legal concepts related to property and finance
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Commercial property experience preferred
