About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to join our team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Team Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our Community Nursing Teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including creating agendas and taking minutes for meetings, arranging servicing of medical devices, and assisting patients with completing patient experience surveys.
  • Use patient records systems to pull reports, send patient letters, and assist with clinical tasks.
  • Assist with HR processes, including completing leavers forms, annual leave calculations, and management of personnel files.
  • Prepare documentation for legal requests and update the roster system.
  • Coordinate team training and share team data dashboard using systems such as Power BI.
  • Manage the team's diary, including coordinating one-to-ones, appraisals, and team meetings.
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Administrative experience, with a focus on team working and versatility.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
