Commodities Buyer and Trader

Redstone Search Group is seeking an experienced Commodities Buyer and Trader to join our team in England, Hampshire. This role offers a salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and trading commodities, including grains, on behalf of our clients. Key responsibilities include developing relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely deliveries. Additionally, they will analyze market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess 1+ years of experience in grain buying/agriculture and negotiation. A bachelor's degree in agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field is required. Proven experience in grain buying or agricultural procurement is ideal.
The successful candidate will have excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of agricultural markets and commodities trading.
