Role Overview:


We are seeking a Senior Technical Advocate to join our Sales & Customer Success team at Neurolabs. As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them in understanding our solutions and ensuring a seamless delivery of projects. You will work closely with sales, product, and AI engineering teams to develop technical solutions and presentations that demonstrate the value of our Image Recognition platform. Your expertise in translating customer needs into tailored technical solutions will play a critical role in driving successful sales outcomes.


The role offers the chance to be part of a team delivering complex solutions to enterprise clients, giving you exposure to both cutting-edge AI and applying these to solving real-world problems. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and success of our project implementations, while also playing a crucial role in understanding and fulfilling both internal & external stakeholder needs.


Responsibilities



  • Design, build, and present technical solutions that meet customer requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Implement automation and optimisation strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project managers and the delivery team to understand project requirements and objectives. Customise and configure tools to meet specific project needs and client requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during project implementation.
  • Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and technical requirements, providing expert-level knowledge and recommendations on product solutions. Provide technical support to the sales team, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to post-sales, including preparing technical documentation and project scopes.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for tool improvement. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance our service delivery capabilities.

Requirements



  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in software development, pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting roles. Preferably within a dynamic environment.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
    • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), API Integrations & data engineering best practices.
    • Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Streamlit, React, Angular, or equivalent).
    • Familiarity with computer vision frameworks and libraries is a plus.
    • Good understanding of databases and data management systems.
    • Experience with sales and customer success tools/systems (e.g., CRM, ticketing system) is a plus.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
