We are seeking a skilled and experienced School Pastoral Administrator to join our team at Aspire People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our schools, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, carers, and school staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide administrative support, including producing letters, making phone calls, taking messages, and managing the school diary.
  • Assist with the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records, including student attendance and behavior data.
  • Support the school's pastoral care team, including completing referral forms and liaising with social care teams.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative procedures and systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a school administrative role, with a strong understanding of school policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents, carers, and school staff.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
