Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with strategically important customers in the North West of England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing customer relationships to deliver high-quality customer service and increase value delivered while honouring contractual commitments.
  • Working with sales teams to maximise order volumes and understanding customer goals to develop products and services that support those goals.
  • Coordinating the delivery of services to customers and ensuring timely execution of projects.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a key account management role in the utilities sector, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience of building strong relationships. They will also have a good understanding of CRM platforms and data flows via APIs, as well as the ability to create, manage, and report business metrics with recommendations for improvements.
