Nursery Practitioner Role
We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Nursery Practitioner. As a key member of our early years team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the daily care routines of children aged 4-5 years
- Encouraging social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based activities
- Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience across the early years
- Offering individual attention to children where necessary to help them reach their milestones
Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification in childcare or a related field
- A proactive and caring attitude to help children thrive
- Previous experience working in a nursery setting is desirable but not essential
