Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our vibrant team at The Old Station Nursery Ltd.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead a nursery room, ensuring high-quality care and a fun environment for children. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and growth of our nursery practitioners, providing excellent communication with parents, and creating engaging activities for the children.

• Lead a nursery room, promoting a warm and inclusive environment for children
• Support the development and growth of nursery practitioners in your room
• Provide clear and effective communication with parents and carers
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that stimulate children's learning and development

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Level 3 Qualification in Early Years or a related field
• Proven experience in a nursery leadership position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
