Position Overview:

As an Aftermarket Installation Build Specialist, you will play a critical role in executing high-quality installations and performance upgrades for a range of vehicles. This includes modifying suspension systems, trim, wheels/tires, engine performance, lighting, wiring, and more. You will be responsible for diagnosing complex issues, delivering precise installations, and ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

  • Perform aftermarket installations on a wide range of vehicles, including suspension upgrades, trim, wheels and tires, engine performance parts, lighting and electrical systems, and more.
  • Ensure all installations meet or exceed quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain an organized work area and follow all company procedures for vehicle handling and installation processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.

Requirements and Benefits

  • Proven experience in aftermarket automotive installations.
  • Ability to diagnose and solve complex mechanical and electrical issues with a high level of expertise.
  • High level of craftsmanship with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 3 years and reliable transportation.

Compensation Package:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, plus opportunities for growth and career advancement.
