About the Role

We are recruiting 1 individual for the position of Property Condition & Disrepair Surveyor, within a housing environment. Responsibilities

Assist in the programming of works and allocate resources to conflicting priorities to maintain a high level of performance across the organisation.

Work under the guidance of the Senior Property Services Manager, coordinating the service.

Conduct surveys where there is or has been a complaint of damp and mould or disrepair.

Assist in introducing, monitoring, and maintaining KPIs that reflect Tenants' needs.

Requirements

Experience in supporting an organisation within a role of total prevention and care of damp and mould and disrepair in properties.

Carry out building surveys in tenants' homes and identify remediating causes of damp and mould within properties.

Coordinate internal and external contractors to ensure works are carried out and understand current disrepair legislation.

Educated to A Level Grade A-C or equivalent Level 3 qualification and hold a HNC in Building Construction or equivalent.

A Diploma in surveying practice and a qualification in domestic energy assessor is desirable but not essential.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £35,926 per annum.
