By joining our team, you can gain the necessary experience and skills to register with Social Work England (SWE) while making a meaningful contribution to the community.
Our Return to Social Work scheme caters to unique needs, offering flexible options for gaining experience and completing the registration process. We recognize that every candidate has different circumstances, and we strive to create a supportive environment that enables each individual to succeed.
As a Family Help Practitioner, you will be working closely with our experienced team members, learning from them, and developing your skills in a collaborative atmosphere. You will have access to resources and training programs to ensure your success.
The appointment as a Family Help Practitioner is typically for up to 6 months, providing ample time to evidence completion of the required hours of experience and proceed with SWE registration. Once registered, you will be appointed as a Qualified Social Worker within the same team.
We value our staff's contributions and reward their dedication with competitive salaries, estimated at around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience.
