We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Brandon James, a leading construction consultancy in Kent. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing projects from pre-contract to post-contract stages, working closely with our Associate Directors to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects across Kent, Surrey, and Sussex, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and identify potential issues.
- Prepare and submit reports, tenders, and other documentation as required.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Hold a Quantity Surveying or RICS-accredited degree.
- Minimum 2 years of quantity surveying experience, preferably in a PQS/consultancy environment.
- Strong knowledge of pre-contract procedures and post-contract management.
- Commitment to achieving MRICS status.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000.
