Senior CNC Operator at GTS International Ltd

A skilled CNC Machinist with extensive experience in the heavy metal engineering sector is sought to oversee shift operations, train team members, and ensure products meet high standards. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge machinery, mentor junior staff, and contribute to a dynamic working environment within a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate various equipment, including Semi-Automatic Bandsaws, CNC Drills, Hydraulic Presses, and 3 Axis Milling Machines.
  • Set and operate CNC Milling Machines to precise specifications.
  • Plan, program, and inspect products for accuracy and quality.
  • Produce components meeting key industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff.

Essential Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in the heavy metal engineering sector.
  • Ability to operate and set CNC machinery and other shop floor equipment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and train colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern.
