About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales Order Processing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire customer journey from setting up new accounts to processing orders and ensuring seamless communication with clients.

You will be the key point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and preferences, and develop solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Process orders and resolve any issues or queries in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and preferences
