Main Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Represent team, you will be responsible for ensuring the fit, size, and function of our styles from concept to launch. This involves establishing fit blocks and technical standards for our brand, providing accurate size charts with consistent size grading, and collaborating with the product team to meet critical deadlines.

Key Accountabilities:

Assist in the development of technical packs for suppliers, ensuring all necessary information is included and accurate.

Provide technical expertise to ensure all garments meet Represent's high standards for quality and construction.

Collaborate with the product team to create new garment specs and determine the best fabric and trim combinations.

Independently plan and organize your workload, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and meet the needs of the team.

Communicate effectively with suppliers, chasing fit samples and managing any issues that may arise.

Maintain and update the PLM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Request and analyze AQL reports, acting on any issues that may affect product quality.

Request and analyze customer returns reports, identifying potential problems and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

Luxury mindset with commercial awareness.

Collaborative, non-political approach.

Appropriate qualification in the apparel sector or equivalent work experience.

Experience working with global apparel brands.

Excellent garment construction and engineering skills.

Ability to measure and grade to a high standard.

Sound understanding of fabrics and testing methods.

Knowledge of pattern making is essential.

Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Flexible and open to evolving business needs and priorities.

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify risk and confidently provide solutions.

Experience in a fast-paced environment.

Extensive knowledge of Excel and PLM.

Hands-on approach.

Strong organizational skills.
