Key Responsibilities

  1. Test Management Office Leadership

The TMO Lead will be responsible for overseeing, managing, coordinating, and socializing all TMO activities, including managing the TMO plan and reporting across all ITOM functions and stakeholders.

Testing Demand and Capabilities

The TMO Lead will identify the testing demand, capabilities, and services required from BAU, Modernization, and Strategic change initiatives, working closely with Beazley and its Delivery Partners to ensure these are appropriately estimated, budgeted, resourced, and delivered in line with the TMO functions and services outlined, meeting the TMO quality KPIs, outcomes, and deliverables.

Stakeholder Engagement

The TMO Lead will engage Beazley IT HOFs and all relevant stakeholders, internal or external to Beazley, to socialize the TMO, its frameworks, tools, and capabilities, best practices, and assist in defining and maturing Ways of Working relevant and specific to the TMO functions and services.

Representative Role

The TMO Lead will be the representative for all interactions and engagements with Beazley's PMO, Change Management, Platform Owner, Tech. Shared Services, etc.

TMO Initiatives

The TMO Lead will drive TMO initiatives, including Automation, NFT, TDM, TEM, etc.

Testing KPI Plan

The TMO Lead will own the testing KPI plan and implementation.

Test Governance

The TMO Lead will own and drive the Test Governance across Beazley with the Beazley Head of QA.

TMO Training Plan

The TMO Lead will own and drive the overall TMO training plan, managing and coordinating training and socialization of all required TMO-related training.

TMO Tools Estate

The TMO Lead will set out the TMO tools estate and manage the setup and configuration.
