We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure.


Key Skills:

Role Overview:

As a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure
  • Collaborating with development teams to streamline continuous integration and deployment processes
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers
  • Developing and maintaining infrastructure as code using Terraform
  • Containerizing applications with Docker and orchestrating using Kubernetes
  • Automating tasks and enhancing system functionality using Python or Bash scripts


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer in an AWS environment
  • Strong proficiency in Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures and best practices
  • Experience with automation and scripting
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment
