Key Responsibilities:

  2. Client Advisory: Provide comprehensive legal advice to a diverse clientele, including developers, investors, landlords, and tenants.
  3. Document Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on real estate transactions, identifying and addressing potential legal issues.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across various departments to deliver integrated legal solutions and ensure seamless client service.

Candidate Requirements:
  1. Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial real estate.

  3. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in managing complex transactions.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  5. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
  6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  7. A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
