Job Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative at This is Prime, you will be responsible for building a strong, consistent stream of high-quality new business pipeline within your assigned territory. This will involve researching potential sales opportunities and conducting high-quality conversations with prospects through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You will also be responsible for tracking and qualifying both inbound and outbound leads within our CRM system, and collaborating with the Account Managers to strive towards meeting team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building a strong, consistent stream of high-quality new business pipeline within your assigned territory
• Researching potential sales opportunities and conducting high-quality conversations with prospects through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Tracking and qualifying both inbound and outbound leads within our CRM system
• Collaborating with the Account Managers to strive towards meeting team sales targets

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious and driven, with a desire to hit targets and progress
• Confident, outgoing personality
• Ability to build strong relationships across key stakeholders

What We Offer:

• £23,000 basic salary
• Average commission in Year One is £35,000 (top earners making £50,000 in year one)
