About the RoleAs a Business Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for leading our 3-year transformational plan, ensuring alignment with business functions and identifying priority opportunities with high organizational impact. You will provide leadership of the Transformation Programme, articulating a clear vision of change through evidence-based business cases and sound financial analysis. Your expertise will drive effective change management, governance, and resource allocation to deliver significant business improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Transformation Programme, developing and implementing a clear vision of change
- Provide effective change management leadership and support to deliver the change vision
- Ensure excellent governance arrangements across all transformation programmes and projects
- Resource the Transformation Programme effectively through business engagement and alignment
- Develop and lead a team of Improvement Leads to engage, coach, and support the business in implementing improvement journeys
- Own the training and coaching of Lean Improvement Tools and engage the Leadership team in creating a culture of Kaizen Improvement Events
- Lead project teams to deliver significant business improvements through the deployment of CI tools in line with the business Balanced Scorecard
We're looking for a seasoned professional with:
- Business transformation experience and knowledge
- Lean Sigma Master Black Belt Certification
- Problem Solving 8D
- QRQC knowledge
- One Safran Workshop knowledge
- Training experience
Occasional travel in the UK and internationally is required.
