Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Electrical Project Manager to oversee the safe and profitable delivery of complex electrical projects at our client site. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, from pricing and planning to execution and handover. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical project management, with the ability to lead end-to-end project delivery and ensure timely and profitable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead project management teams to deliver electrical projects safely and profitably.
  2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  3. Manage labour and materials effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver quality results.
  4. Oversee the delivery of electrical projects, ensuring compliance with contract standards and regulations.
  5. Provide technical support to operations teams, including site safety visits and audit management.
  6. Manage sub-contractors, conduct performance reviews, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  7. Ensure all project data is accurately recorded and reported in the company's CRM system.
Requirements
  1. HNC in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
  2. IOSH or NEBOSH qualification, with Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDMR) certification.
  3. Site Management Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification, with a strong track record of managing complex electrical projects.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel, with the ability to create detailed project plans and reports.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills, with a positive attitude and commitment to achieving results.
