About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to join our private sector team at CAE Technology Services Limited. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and customer acquisition. Your passion, strategic mindset, and leadership abilities will be crucial in driving our growth, achieving our goals, and accelerating our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand our customer base and enhance our market presence.
  • Lead, develop, and manage sales teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Set clear objectives, provide coaching, and monitor performance to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong partner vendor relations.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train sales representatives.
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Present accurate sales forecasts to senior management teams.
  • Collate data from sales platforms to accurately report and analyze to identify any issues.
  • Stay informed about industry shifts, emerging markets, and competitor products.
  • Adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success of managing and developing a successful sales team within the IT reseller industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Packages (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and sales platforms.
  • Extensive B2B sales manager experience and commercial awareness.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Robust networking, relationship, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
