As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being of our residents and creating meaningful experiences for them. About the Role
This role requires an individual who is passionate about delivering high standards of personal care and working alongside the Care team to ensure a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Your focus will be on monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations of their care plans. You will also support residents with their medication requirements and undertake staff supervisions and development where required.
