Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join our team at Blue Pelican. This role involves working with clients to provide employment law and HR advice and support.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in this field and a background in consultancy. The successful applicant will be employed directly by the law firm but work from our office based near Tenterden, Kent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing employment law and HR advice to clients
  • Working with clients to develop and implement HR strategies
  • Resolving disputes and issues for clients

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in employment law and HR
  • A background in consultancy
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, plus benefits including private healthcare, free parking, and 24 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
