Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Construction Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our team at Heathrow Airport. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for providing estimations, quotations, and surveying jobs to ensure accurate costs and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and gather quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers
- Analyse company data, exchange rates, and prices using software packages
- Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with in-house estimators and office team to deliver high-end commercial projects
What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary of £55-70K, dependent on experience
- Mobile phone and laptop provided
- Stakeholder pension scheme and company sick pay scheme
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Working hours: 07.45-16.45, Monday to Friday
- Opportunities for training and development within the Airport
