Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished non-contentious construction lawyer to join our esteemed team in Central London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of complex construction matters, including project inception, delivery, and completion.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a top 50 Global Law firm, providing strategic legal advice to clients on significant and complex transactions. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, supporting a wide range of stakeholders, including construction companies, real estate developers, funders, investors, and high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on construction projects from design to completion.
  • Providing commercially-focused legal advice to support client goals.
  • Collaborating with other teams to deliver comprehensive legal services.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) in construction law.
  • Strong knowledge of non-contentious construction matters, ideally with experience advising on major infrastructure, commercial, and real estate development projects.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and deliver high-quality results.

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
