The role you'll be applying for is part of our expansion in Kettering and surrounding areas, where we're seeking caring and compassionate individuals to support adults living at home with various needs throughout the local area.

We currently have part-time vacancies available with immediate starts, including evening shifts. Our team provides comprehensive induction and ongoing professional development training to ensure you excel in your role as a Care Assistant.

About You

We're looking for adaptable and personable candidates who put others first. As a Care Assistant, your duties may include:

• Companionship
• Assisting with personal care
• Helping with mobility around the home
• Overseeing medication and providing medical support
• Performing household tasks like cleaning and vacuuming
• Preparing and cooking meals
• Running errands such as food shopping or picking up prescriptions

Please note that having a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes are essential requirements for this role.

Benefits and Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is £24,000 - £30,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
