About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Trainer to lead our training initiatives in Clinical Operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and administering job-level training for each role within Clinical Operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute training programs with minimal guidance, focusing on clinical acumen enhancement and development competencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide highly effective, timely, innovative, and relevant training solutions.
  • Influence and lead without authority by working closely with Medics to develop therapeutic area training content.
  • Coordinating with Compliance, Medical, and Regulatory departments to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage vendors and execute contract requirements while performing project management functions during training content development.
  • Lead training meetings, including planning, logistics management, vendor monitoring, and participant conduct.
  • Develop and maintain facilitation skills expertise to support training content delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience.
  • Training experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, training design concepts, and platforms is a plus.
  • ICH-GCP and FDA/EMA Regulations knowledge is essential.
