Job Description

PA Consulting is seeking a talented Quantum Physicist to join our team. As a key member of our defence technology division, you will be responsible for developing and applying cutting-edge quantum physics concepts to drive innovation and transformation in the defence sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and apply quantum physics concepts to defend technology and innovation solutions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact defence technology projects
  • Conduct research and development in quantum computing, information theory, and related areas
  • Drive the development of new technologies and capabilities for our defence clients
  • Communicate complex scientific concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • PhD in Physics or a related field
  • Strong background in quantum physics, quantum computing, and information theory
  • Experience in research and development in defence technology
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
