About the Role

WeAreTechWomen is seeking a highly skilled Resource Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Resourcing function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our workforce.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supply and Demand Management
    • Manage demand requests and fulfillments, escalating complex cases to Resource Managers.
    • Liaise with Engagement Leads to ensure accurate publishing of open roles, enabling clients to identify opportunities that align with their skills, aspirations, and preferences.
    • Provide human insight to technology-generated shortlists.
    • Present shortlists of candidates that meet requirements to Engagement Leads for low-complex engagements or Resource Managers for more complex engagements.
    • Manage supply side bench and capacity reporting.
    • Offer alternative resourcing options to Engagement Leads.
  • Employee Experience Management
    • Collaborate with Resource Managers to understand current and future client server characteristics (skills, aspirations, development, preferences, boundaries, and availability).
    • Advocate for a DE&I lens on all resourcing decisions.
  • Commercial Reporting and Analysis
    • Champion data accuracy across the Resourcing function and platforms.
    • Review data trends (e.g., pipeline, performance, utilization, DE&I) and provide recommendations, highlighting areas of concern for action.
    • Access and manage request dashboards (ProFinda).
    • Prepare regulatory reports for service lines such as Audit.
  • Contribute to an Exceptional Team
    • Contribute to the wider Resourcing function to build skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting and Line Management
    • Provide on-the-job coaching to RA team members.

    • Resource Managers.
