Role Overview: Academic Support in SEN

Ribbons and Reeves is seeking a committed and enthusiastic professional to fill the role of an SEN Teaching Assistant in Greenwich. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to gain valuable experience and build their skills in supporting students with Special Educational Needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop effective strategies for supporting students with SEN. Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing one-to-one support to SEN students, enhancing their emotional and mental well-being.
  2. Supporting students in achieving their full potential, promoting independence and confidence.
  3. Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with SEN.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a minimum of a 2:1 degree in Psychology from a Top 20 UK University, along with good GCSE and A-Level results. While previous experience working with children or individuals with SEN is desirable, it is not essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
