About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Management Accountant to join our team at Harper May Ltd, a top-tier property and construction company based in London. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring financial efficiency and success across our exciting projects.

**Job Summary:**
As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts. You will also analyse financial performance and variances against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key trends and performance indicators.
• Conduct regular financial reviews with department managers to ensure alignment with budgetary targets and strategic goals.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

**Requirements:**
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or Part Qualified
• Experience as a Management Accountant, preferably in the property and construction industry
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders

**What We Offer:**
A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
